In August of 2008 I was forced into a very painful and uncomfortable situation that left me emotionally destroyed and confused. During the initial first stages of this ordeal I made and recorded what became "Self-Destructive" with a Game boy running LSDJ, an amplifier, and a line-in to a borrowed computer using Audacity. I had limited resources at the time so I made do with the raw material I had.

Though I personally don't look at this release fondly I have found that other people do. I have been asked multiple times since to share it again by different people over the years. Because of those requests I pulled these out of the archives and have cleaned them up and remastered them for re-release.
